Effective August 30, 2025, GPRA reporting is no longer required for the State Opioid Response (SOR) 4 grant.

Michigan transitioned to the SAMHSA Unified Performance Reporting Tool (SUPRT) for data collection, effective November 1, 2025. SUPRT includes two components: SUPRT-A (Administrative) and SUPRT-C (Client) assessments.

A training recording that provides an overview of SUPRT data collection requirements for grantee staff is available in the Support section below, along with a PDF version of the training PowerPoint.
