- Upload SBIRT GPRA data only for patients who did not receive an SBIRT intervention.
2. Templates & Tabs
- Negative Screen Template (Tab 1): Enter data for patients who screened negative.
- Positive Refusal Template (Tab 2): Enter data for patients who screened positive but declined SBIRT intervention.
